Good morning! It's time for another Happileigh Scrappin' challenge. Woot, woot!
This week was Happi Sister Georgia's turn to choose the challenge, and she selected Flower Show! Everybody loves flowers, right? For an extra bit of challenge, we want to see some stitching. It can be machine stitching, hand stitching, or faux.
Here's my card:
I used Leigh's image and sentiment set Stop and Sniff the Flowers. Isn't that kitty just adorable? I love pudgy little kitties. Reminds me of the cat my mom had when I was growing up. Belly dragging on the ground, looked like a pyramid when she sat....but she was just the sweetest little thing. Anyway, back to the card. LOL The kitty and flowers were colored using Copic markers. (Yes, the kitty is colored. I used C0, a very very light grey, almost impossible to see, and C2 as a shade color.) The butterfly was colored with Copics, then covered with Stickles. The orange flowers are from Michael's.
Well now that you've seen my sample, head on over to the Happileigh Scrappin' Challenge Blog to see the other Happi Sisters' projects. Remember, you can use any company's image to join the challenge, but if you use a Happileigh Scrappin' image, your project gets entered twice! Plus...you can enter as many projects as you want as long as they follow the challenge theme. (However, you can only win one prize per week.) If you don't have any Happileigh Scrappin' images, you can find some freebies here, or you can visit the shop here. There's lots of flower images, both in the shop and in the freebie section, so this is a perfect time to stock up for spring. I hope to see your entries! =)
Have a fabulous Monday, and we'll see you later!

Adorable!!! Love what you did with the butterfly and sentiment!! Beautiful colors! Thanks for leaving love on my blog this morning - I can't tell you how much it means to me!
You big fibber! Her belly did not drag on the ground. It wagged from side to side as she walked. And covered her feet when she sat down. She was such a fabulous Kitty...
Speaking of fabulous kitties, I LOVE this one! You did a wonderful job, and I really like the stitching.
