Some Odd Challenge

Some Odd Girl is having a very different kind of challenge.  It's Lift an Odd Girl!  What that means is that we go through the DT member's blogs and find a card to scrap-lift.  Well...you know me, I do love to distress things.  When I saw this card by Kellie Winnell, I just HAD to grab it.  Here's mine:

I really loved the look of Kellie's creation, and thought it would be perfect for a vintage wedding card.

I used a couple of dps from Tim Holtz, ribbon from Michael's, charms from TPC Studio, flower from Prima.  Cream papers were embossed using a sizzix folder. Image is from Some Odd Girl.  Tag image is from Dana's Inspirations. Papers edged using Distress Ink in Vintage Photo.

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you had fun seeing my card.  I sure had fun making it!  =D

thanks for the tip w/the cold water....I just might try that tonight. We don't have air conditioning (I'm not a big fan of air conditioning, most people keep it tooo cold for me) but kind of wish we had one lately...hard to make cards while sweating-lol. We are suppose to have hot humid weather through Friday-yikes!!!! Stay cool, girlfriend!!!
